Body, Mind and Soul

Running? On a work day? That’s how someone responded to my Facebook post about running on a Sunday. It made me think – why not combine the two? Mens sana in corpore sano and all that. (Anight-running-tips healthy mind in a healthy body to save you googling it) So this Sunday I’m taking my run after evening prayer and inviting anyone who wants to, to join me for a short run afterwards.

By the way – if you’re a regular at evening prayer you don’t have to come for a run.

  1. Oh dear! I often go out for a cycle ride after taking all services. But don’t forget Wlliam Williams (Pantycelyn) auther of Guide me o Thou great Redeemer often walked 20+ miles on a sunday – just to take services!. However A PCC member once complained about my cycling 😦

  2. I have to ask what precisely they objected to about your cycling?
